Wow, that`s some pretty stuff. The leaves are just starting to change here in flatland. I took the dog for a walk in the wetland park and the water was like a mirror.

A picture of my place off a country road Mary, I woke up and set out on the deck and took in some fresh air and sun shine, I am feeling much better and had to share my couple hours of relaxation

And my 8 year old Japanese Maple I move up here from the old home all trimmed up for next year

Thanks Mike, it was a beautiful day but I had to snap the picture quickly because right after I got the photo my dog jumped in the water.

Remineds of Shannondale, a place on the Shenndoah River, where I had a summer house back on the early 1970s. A three bedroom log cabin half way up the mountain. Great place.
 
nice pics every one thanks for posting,,,just makes me wana move south to a more rural area,,then the burbs of philly pa,,,looks like the virginas or ky is the place to be,,,,but i think it snows more there then here in the S,EASTERN corner of PA,,,,,,

This is what kept me home and not at the hospital with David this morning. Now we have 6 inches for the white fluffy crap all over the place...

Beautiful stuff but no fun to drive in. Gorgeous pictures, I thought we might have gotten some of that same system here but it never materialized, just frozen rain and sleet.
 
I was out in this weather before it gets really bad checking up on my parents today and took these pictures of the back country roads. I thought you might enjoy these...~MARY

This last one is of the upper field road behind Mom and Dads home you can see my foot prints in the snow. I love how the trees hold the snow and make a tunnel through a winter wonderland all my own.
