Cross Ram on a 413?

Hi guys,

which Cross Ram intake does fit a 413 engine? and what about the heads?
Can i use a cross ram intake that is usually for a 440?

I plan to build up the 413 with a new intake and dual carbs.

If I recall correctly, you'll need the same x-ram that was used on the Max-wedge cars. They're availible, but pricey. If you're building a stroker smallblock 413, you'll be stuck searching for an old Edelbrock STR-12 that's about the same price, 2k or so, as a max-wedge manifold...

its a stock 413 BB engine. So if i don't change the heads i have to use the expensive intake!?
If i use other heads i can put on the cheaper 440 style one?

with std heads u need an
edelbrock str-14 .... contact small block on this board he has a complete set up for sale

thx for the link-damn that is not really cheap :-(

so for using a "MOPAR" cross ram intake i have to change the heads. Now i have to check out what would be the cheapest way.
If i choose the new Mopar intake, what heads are needed or can i modify the stock ones?
