Decent price for this Dart, but...

I dont know why you guys are making such a fuss over it.....it was built to accept the 383 Hemi!!! lol

]I admit I am new to the whole Mopar world, but something about this ad just raised my eyebrows. Take a look, and see if you can see what has me scratching my head.

"1967 dodge dart 4 door 270 GTS automatic,
It was a late limited run A-body hard top that was built to accept up to the 383ci hemi"

All GTS cars were two door hardtops.
The picture shows this to be a 4 door sedan.

The Chrysler factory never built a 383 Hemi... and the list of double-talk goes on...

RUN, don't walk away from this "mystery car"...

Yeah, that pretty much sums it up!

Ha,it's just a slant 4dr. There was a company making hemi heads for BB engines in the 90's but I'm pretty sure they are hard to find now. I'm guessing they didn't work well.

I would jump on it..First it is RARE he said so..
That 383 Hemi is a Ultra Rare Proto type you could install...
And he just has a way with words...

Looks like a lot of bondo in the driver quarter panel.
The seller is obviously trying to create the illusion of value by using classic salesman terms such as:
"very rare"
"Late limited run"
"hemi"
I'd say its a 500$ car if it runs/drives/stops, don't pay more than 700$ unless you absolutely have to have it.
