[WANTED] Door striker rebuild kit for 67 Cuda

Some of you guys have told me that there is a kit for the striker area. Unfortunately I didnt write it down. If you guys could give me the info again I would greatly appreciate it. I promise to write it down this time. Thanks.

which side do you need? is the part you need where the door striker goes? if so, i am parting a 70 dart and can cut out what ever part you need. a picture would be great.

Being a convertible would make more sense to do a solid reinforcement. I've heard good about Dynamic posted above.

Agree on the solid reinforcement, there is a lot riding on that pin! The plate is very solid and contoured perfectly, no adjustments were needed before I welded it in.

Also replace hinge pins/bushings, that's where part of the problem lies.

mine rusted out and broke in the exact same pattern.
i couldn't find one either... so i made one...
please don't judge me by my flux welds.

I was going to replace the entire door jam if I could. It has rot in the bottom corner. Could have sworn amd carried that part.

i think amd makes it but another reseller may sell it for them



this one isnt for your mopar but i think thats what you're talking about.
may be possible to fabricate if you had the patience and the original piece as a template...

Ok I was able to figure what they called them. Door lock pillar. No they dont carry them anymore.

i found them. part number 750-2067l and 750-2067r. on amd web site for 159.99 each. call stephens and they can bring them to indy.
