Re-posting...screwed up and renamed my photobucket pics. :violent1: Doh! But anyway, here's my, and my kids' 72 work in progress.
russduanegreen, your wife's Demon looks a lot like my wife's Demon LOL!
Here's my 71. Started its life as a slant six and was in California for the first 20 years. The second owner put the current 360 crate in it. He did it right. He put an 8 3/4 rear, 833 four speed, ported and polished 302 318 heads, even put the correct k-member on the car. It runs strong and is a lot of fun to drive!
Still in-work with the paint cut & buff, the interior, rear-end, move'n the springs..etc, but at least she's finally on the road. 408 stroker with plenty of speedy stuff in there - dyno'd at 548 hp & 574 tq. Nice 4 spd car to take the kids to grab a cone at the local DQ. With that much tq She has ZERO traction when the end carbs open, but by summer I'll be toss'n those old 14x8 rims and hard as stone BFG 50's, replaced by 15x9 slots & MT ET Street radials - P275/50R15's (#3753R). I'm keeping the 3.23's in back, just hoping the MTs ETs will have the stick I need. Anywho here she is:
