Every buy from Jims Auto Parts in New Hampshire?

I've never heard a good thing about that place. It's always the same things when someone posts about them.

1. Very rude lady on the phone.
2. Prices change on the fly for no reason/over charged.

I ordered a new headliner from them back in 2001 and had no issues with them (even got a free tee-shirt). From what I have heard since , mostly from my FABO brethren it sounds like things have changed. I suspect that this is a small mom & pop operation that is working out of their home and they have let it go to the point where they don't care about the customer. If it were me I would steer clear, there are plenty of other places with good customer service skills.

Check out Dante's mopar parts or just about any other vendor out there.

Broomhilda awaits you!!! LOL

x3 on Dante's. Jim's was good many, many years ago. But I live within driving distance and don't know of anyone around here that uses them now.
