Ok some help here...a question has been asked if this is a c body cap.....Im almost 100% certain this is a body....How can we tell??

I've never heard of a C-Body flip top cap :scratch:
The E-Body caps have the opening/latch on the left side, so yours should be an A-Body cap :cheers:

I agree, Ive heard of E body, but not C. Im not at home, so got Lori digging for a part # on it.

Ok Lori found the part # 2823339, which in my parts manuals lists as 68 cuda. I know 100% this will work for 69 as well.

Steve, 2823339 is the number for the base that bolts to the car. It is common on all of the caps. Have her look inside the cap itself for a number.

Cap number should be 2925878.
Yer right Bill...my bad.
Base # is good enough. Potential buyer was concerned it wasnt a barracuda cap and not going to work for his application.
