Cruise control is a dangerous thing in the winter at least in manisnowba. Roads around here are as slick as snot on a door knob. Youngest sons commute of 1/2 hour is was 1 hour. Eldest son 1 hour longer on an 8 hour drive. White knuckle driving hate it. Been there done that to many times. You know when you have peel your fingers out of the steering wheel

You know I 29 the long gentle curves, you’re on the high side of the curve with a tractor trailer, and it’s sliding down the curve. You’re hoping you’re going to run out of curve before you run out of road. And nothing you can do except pray.
