The seller has just announced that all of the money generated from this sale will go toward customizing his all original 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T.:D
 
Ma Mopar did have plans of building a Superbird/Daytona with this body style but never came to be. There was an article on it somewhere in the 90's

Not only that, but for the money, it's really a damn good deal.....AND one you could probably flip for a decent profit, after you un-f*** some of the add-ons. I hate the taillights, but I'd keep the nose.
 
Gosh, I don't know but I think the gen 3 Chargers lines lends itself to the Daytona treatment pretty nicely........yup what Hotlines said!
 
It's not the first time I've seen that car.
