GR50x14 questions

Ok I got these sweet slotted mags with tires. My problem is finding rear tires. They are GR50x14. Anyone know where i can find tires? or what the conversion is? I havent found anything about these tires.

Haven't seen any 50-series 14's in years---biggest 14" I know of is RadialT/A 235-60x14. Conversion would be 235-50x14. Might try Coker Tire in Chattanooga, TN. Good luck, let us know if you find some (I have a set of 14x9 slots stashed away...)

coker dont have anything wide enough that ive seen. The back wheels are 14x10. so they are pretty wide. the closest ive seen would pretty much be a drag radial, and i dont think that would be a good choice for a daily driver.

That GR50x14 would be something like a 245/50/14 (about 23.5" tall). You wouldn't want to use that size anyway.

Those wheels would be nice on the side of your house for wrapping the garden hose around.

You are not going to find a street tire that will fit a 14x10 wheel, these days.

well if I have to I would go with a drag radial. the car dont really leave town

245/60R14 is the biggest I know of. Tire Rack still shows them in stock.

When I was young I ran N-50 15s on the back of a 67 Mustang. I miss that car and those tires.

Glad to help.

Here is how to do it.

In a post there is a icon at the top that looks like a post card with a stamp on the right top corner. When you place your cursor over it "Insert Image" will appear. Click on it and you can enter the url or what you want to post. That is the easy way.
