not my action exactly ...its done with the benefit of FABO in mind so that we can be the most knowledgeable A-body site on the planet ....so post away my neighbor buddy :D

Ha Ha Ha!!.....I "gotchya"! Nope....it's Mopar. It's for the hood release.....the pivot bolt.
 
Just came across this while looking for some other bolts.

Slotted Flex Plate fasteners are called 'place bolts'

Place bolts are free-spinning, self-locking hex head bolts used to prevent
