the last pic is of the view of the mountains out our front windows, and the weeping willow is on the other side of the street that has a stream running under it. that 1.75 acres was included in our purchase, but wife will not allow me to put a garage over there, as she wants to make it like a little park over there for the children. who can blame her? it is such a nice spot
 
I can see it now.. first one car will sneak it's way in.. then maybe a second - for parts of course.. then well, a clean find you can't pass up.. then maybe a future project.. then...

well, we still need alot of stuff for the house. we did not want wall cabinets above and around the sink, now see that we do not have enough room for all the can goods and other stuff!
 
You need some Mopar planters out front.......LOL...Looks great man.......Remember the important thing............ITS YOURS! Love the view there plot, thanks for sharing. So i imagine you have gotten bit buy the house bug not the mopar bug..........Im sure theres lots of MOds for the house goin through the noggin...Eh! Eh!
 
you are righgt about the mods to do to the house!. first thing to do is get a friggin pool table in the basement, seal the walls and floors in the bas, iement, and since i have alot ofconcrete want to expand the front porch, take it to the side of the house, and do both porches and driveway in pavers on a 4 inch concrete foundation

Forget dashes and grille's. Excavate one end of your house and install some rollup doors in the basement. Problem solved.
 
yea, the blue bedroom is the exact color my son wanted!. i was going to shoot it with urethane enamal that i have, but wife would not let me.lmao

well, i was hoping to put up a 24x24 garage on my property, but with all the permits needed and cost, i have decided to modify the 12x20 barn that was existing, so this way, i do not have to get any permits!.

in order to get the front up high enough for trucks to get in, i must lift one side of the roof over 3 feet. i did this by using a floor jack in 4 different spots.
i now have it up high enough, and tommorow, i will extend the roof line out 12 more feet, with 20 ft 2x4's. these 2x4 boards are comming off of the trusses that were on the house. i would not trust them on another house, as fire did ravage the bottom sections, but the long wood for the a frame are fine.
