Wires re all good is there a relay some where or could the head light switch cause it?
NoPlease read and sit and think about posts #7 and 19. Maybe go look at the items mentioned in posts # 7 & 19. Then think a little more.
There are no relays in the headlight circuit unless someone did some rewiring in your car. We have no idea if this is the case based on your description (or lack thereof)
