Health Question

Good Morning all. Just a quick post to please keep me in your prayers. I am getting ready to leave home now and head to the Radololgist for CT Scan and testing. I am not expecting to get the results today but as least I will know soon. Hopefully I will get good news. Heading to work after these tests. Have a good day all!!
 
No CT Scan. Radiologist wanted me to pay $763.69 up front. Wife has Blue Cross Blue Shield and has been paying into it for over 10 yrs now and these bastards want me to shell out almost $1000 for a scan. Hell NO!!! I'll stay sick and when I end up in the E.R. then they will have to do the damn scan and I will apply for free care at that point. What the hell are we paying for insurance for when the insurance company does not cover any procedures??
 
Man I know... it sucks! My insurance was $600 a month and that wasn't the best insurance 3yrs ago. I had to pay for all doc bills up front then the insurance company would send me part of my money back. No telling what it would cost now. I have no insurance right now and a diabetic. Heck! I'm better off without insurance until I find myself in the hospital then it will be hell to pay then. They will have to put a lien on my house I guess.
 
That is not right! Were you not told why you would have to pay for the scan when your wife has been paying into blue cross and blue shield? Your US health insurers sure are working a scam. Didn't Obama's health care reform make things better? What gives? This is not how a country should look after its population.
 
If it were kidney stones --- from my experience anyways---- you would be working while the bugger was traveling... mass pain.
