Hi guys, I`m Arnoud from Holland and a year back I bought a cheap *** Dodge Dart Swinger from 1974. I`ve driven it for about a year now and it now needs some upgrades. First off I`m picking up a 440cui Big Block next sunday, which is going in next month. Later on the interieur will be sorted. I`m also looking for some bigger brake calipers, for better stopping power.

I`m kindoff new in the Mopar family so any help and advice would be appreciated. Here is a picture of how my car looks at the moment.

Welcome to FABO from SoCal. You're going to have fun here!
Lots of information available about big-block swaps into A-bodies and lots of members here have done it. What rearend does your Dart have? Better be at least an 8.75. Your 440 will scatter anything smaller.
Suggest you also look at further suspension upgrades to handle the heavier weight of the big block.

Just picked up a 440 yesterday that is going in my Dart soon.
Mwuhahaha mwuhahaha (evil laugh)
