Grab, pull, work out with screwdrivers and putty knives (it is glued in).

I'm just going to venture a guess that you're not going to be able to save the seal......
It’s not glued in, except maybe a little dab at the end where it flattens out. There may be a screw imbedded in the flatted area, inside the channel. Otherwise, it has flanged edges that “pop” into the metal channel and hold it in place.

I know I'm right....
See if the bows have paint marks on them and post the order from front to rear. Iirc someone asked about how they went in a while ago.
No paint on my bows?

Careful as it May have been changed from original. Hopefully the last person put them back in order as The original. It has added roof deadner not used by the factory so who knows if has been altered.
