I had a set of small block Mopar Edelbrock heads drop shipped here from Summit today. That way a could save this customer 10% with a code and he could save shipping getting them to me. Waiting on a check so I can order Ferrea 2.055 intake valves and 1.60 exhaust valves. This is the gentleman sending the LD340 intake too. Two big money races the next two weeks so early August we should have some chips flying.

Is that something new with the exhaust ports? I don't recall seeing them machined.

No if you blow it up you will see it’s kind of an ugly plunge cut that they do. If you need a better picture I can post one, tomorrow. It’s blooming hot in there. Lol

No kiddin. I've been getting the other two new tires mounted on the truck and painting wheels all day. About 15 minutes at the time is all I can stand.

I took a tire off my car trailer that broke a belt and trying to get ready to head out of here Thursday and I’m sweating like an old fat guy. Lol.
 
We had that **** a couple weeks ago, dont miss it. Matter of fact, last week in may and all of June was 90’s.
 
Ok here we go as promised. Exhaust side first. I’m going to let you guys comment first. Try to address your comment exhaust side intake side. Here we go.

Looks like a virgin set of heads to me , ripe for a burr.
 
seats sunk a little? lot of looks like scratches in the deck surface. ruff "looking" casting in the ports.
lot of spark plug thread in the chamber, where does the plug end up?

I’m not ignoring anyone but I want to hear what you guys think. Then I’ll chime in.
 
Almost looks like someone started on the ports and then returned them.
 
I think I like the looks of the Speedmasters.
 
After you perform your magic John, they will be an amazing set of heads.

Can’t wait to see the results.
