I have no illusion my Duster is anything but a decent condition driver. It looks great in pictures from most angles. It's a 50/50 car (looks good from 50 feet away or going by at 50 MPH :poke:
Who else has a 50/50 car that isn't afraid to show it's flaws.

That Looks better than you say! Pictures are only worth so much!

From Forrest Gump "It happens".
10 year old paint, my Buddy Alan ( master tech at Caddy) did it for my Bro Brian, so they could flip it at Carlisle, but didn't get the reserve. After that, was in a barn, then stored outside, in the grass, with no roof..It's 2 tone custom paint, but one area got mud, instead of metal.. it ain't perfect, but it's one of the most solid and best lookin rides I've ever had, and about 3rd fastest. I'm Thankful...

Sitting in the garage rotting. If you look at my front bumper at the lic plate its deformed also it drops on the passenger side

Don't currently own any A bodies but I do own a few Mopars.... This one I've put over 100,000 miles on since I restored it back in the 90's....

Mine was born an orange 4 speed and now it's a white automatic.

Would that be considered a 'flaw' ?

Somewhere along the way a more liberal owner said "orange car bad"
LoL

There ya go the perfect car all lazier straight and flawless. If you get any closer ya might find a few mistakes  so just stay back 20 feet. I drive mine and yes don't want to see it get chipped and dented and I might cry if it does. When I can walk on water I'll make the perfect car so till then it's just presentable.

You rocked it out Fred! How many people can lay down their own paint like that?

Here my 71 Scamp, 13 years since it was built, run very hard. Thats was it was built to do. but it still looks good. And my 79 Chrysler 300 still 90% original, has a few door dents and paint chips all around. 81000 miles on it.

I’d like to say the fade is intentional, but those are new quarters.

Note the “air cloner”.

My '69 with buckled qtrs, and the '72. Do not believe that I have ever seen the qtr lines stay flat and true on these cars.

This was painted in 1981. But there are scratches, discoloration, a little bubbling, etc. I like driving it so much I'm afraid to take it apart for paint!!

Family portrait. The only A is the wife's 62 Lancer. The 64 poly 318 Bel. more door is done driver except for headliner. The next guy can do that. The 64 Savoy is done paint wise, roller, the next guy can make it a MW, hemi tribute, or whatever! Back behind these is a 49 Dodge Wayfarer that is an older resto that sat out side for the last 15 years as its owner went to the nursing home. Not sure what I will do with it. I am bout woreout...no ..old and woreout!
