How do you get a CA Title with Lien Paperwork?

I am looking at a dart but there is no title just paperwork from a lien sale to bring to DMV to get a title. It looks like the guys is a tow yard. How do you get a CA Title with Lien Paperwork? Anything I should look out for?

I would go ask your local DMV.

Our state has all that information on line here. Maybe it is on Califorina's DMV website?

You walk into the DMV with the lien paperwork and generate a title. Pretty simple.

They may require a VIN inspection, but, that sometimes occurs when the lien is started.
