So I was following this car since last month when it posted in an earlier ad and posted some questions about it in another thread. This could be a deal for someone closer.

1965 Dodge Dart Factory 4 Speed Reduced!

There are some questions about the claims that seem irregular (270 engine, 391 rear).

I used to live in the area, and would probably try to make a deal on it if still there, but shipping makes it a no deal for me. Could be a very cool project. Then again, it could be another money pit.
 
It's a 741 case, probably open with backing plates. 10 hr round trip for me, someone closer might be interested if it is really an A-Body piece.

Just reassembled by Nickens. New Callies Magnum XL crankshaft 4.625 stroke. New Callies Ultra I beam rods BBC 7.1. New Diamond 4.515, 10.75/1 pistons. Crankshaft and pistons were lightened to rpm. This repaired short block (window repair) has been 9.20's in a 3600 lb car on pump gas with a roller cam with 9.75:1 compression. Terry Haddock of Lone Star Block repair, repairs the window. I have $13,700.00 in this shortblock. These are badass high dollar parts. After all it is a hemi. I only talk on the phone and can smell a scammer from miles away. Sent me you phone number and I will call you. I report all scammers to the authorities! This is a water block!
