I saw a car offered somewhere (maybe here) with that interior and they claimed it to be a package called a Silver Duster... hope this helps!
 
As soon as I saw 'Silver Duster' some other names came to mind - - Gold Duster, Feather Duster, Dart Lite, etc. I recall having old brochures but likely lots of photos out there if you search. Try barnfinds.com. then do individual searches. Lots of good stuff.

I was able to do all the research needed . The description of the details on page two of this thread. Duster custom. With custom decoration package interior. A63.
 
You gotta wonder what prompted this selection of options... then I remembered that folks were really into gas mileage following the 1973 gas crisis, when the price of gas sky rocketed to almost 45 cents a gallon! About that time (I was 17) my dad bought a used 70 LeMans with a straight six in it - it must have weighed 6000 lbs! The only thing that saved it was a three speed manual transmission.

This looks like a great project!!!
