Cut them out? Angle grinder with a cut off wheel should make short work of them. Just need to take a look and see how they are mounted. If there held in with a few spot welds just drill them out.

Also scraping out the under coating from inside the doors will shave some weight too. As Will cutting sections out of the inner door panel or at least drilling some holes in it.
