Doesn't look like a factory "dent". Maybe a little heat & carefully hammer & dollying it out since you have it off?

Probably just a pucker from the draw operation in the stamping .
I have a 394 pan that doesn’t have it ,,,but it’s in the same vicinity of the corner radius.

But my pan is from a later year,,,68 I think,,,,and they might have corrected the die by then .

Knowing a little about forming metal I have to agree with desoto. It just doesn't look like a dent.

It's just a minor flaw from the stamping process, drive it like you stole it!
