KH Caliper hose bracket?

Hey FABO,

A few years back i bought a KH brake set up and now near completing them i realized the rubber hose brackets are MIA and I'm kind of lost as to where i could find them.

Anyone here maybe have a set they're willing to part with? Or even somewhere i can find these damn things. Any info would be much appreciated.
