The thing that pisses me off is the buses cannot leave the yard so why all of a sudden am I essential? How do 4 mechanics in a 2 day shop only work 1 per bus. Its just to screw us because no one else is told to come in and they are all being paid to stay home. And a note on the bottom of the message says if we dont come in unlike others we will have to use our saved days.

I think you should insist on the buses being disinfected inside and out before even thinking about working on them. Main thing after that is keep your distance from guys working with you and guys delivering parts as well. Stay safe CF we need you to help pick on Fred.
Union should get involved about an increase in wages for those having to work. They don't give a crap as they are home safe and sound.

If you have a health and safety committee they should be informed of that and all over it.
The contract stated regular pay plus time and 1/2 for working. The union met with them and agreed to just straight time meaning 8 hours worked only 8 hours paid.

That's a start and take staggered breaks too so not in the same room together.
The shop is one open area no rooms. That is what scares me.

Only fits one way because of the spare tire. it is centered and can only move a small amount one way or the other. Right side is bigger than the left. Take a closer look at the top sides of the tank in the pictures.
