I prefer a map but my son uses his phone. What will they all do if satellites go down.
That's for sure CF I like a map it doesn't have to be charged and can be in the glove box for years and it always works. Lol

Well it was bound to happen. I ran into a punk kid today. We had a deal on a set of heads, he agreed on a price and time, I drove 1 hour to get there and he said I sold them already a couple hours ago because someone offered more.

He was at a business with 4 witness` or he would have lost some teeth.
That would piss me off as well. I was offered more money for lots of things I sold in the same situation and would never think of backing down on someone that I agreed to sell to. It's all about keeping my word and should be the same with everyone. You had every right to smash him CF.

I would have paid him the xtra 25 bucks if he had kept his deal with me and told me when I got there. That is what pissed me off the most.
I here ya mostly after driving that far.

That's the difference between us old farts and the new generation. They're not all bad don't get me wrong but in my day my word was good

Happy Saturday, yup dad taught me to look a man in the eyes when you shake hands , and your word is all you have ! I would have at least yelled at the top of my lungs ,said a few swear words and left , now it would have fallen on deaf ears but you might have felt better .

Took the Cuda out yesterday over to Costco to get gas. Filled her up and then the SOB wouldn't start. I thought I had that problem solved but apparently not. Cranks over great but no go. Funny thing is that once you let go of the key the engine stops cranking and if you turn the key to the neutral position the engine will bump.
Called the flatbed and when he got there just for fun I cranked it and started right up.
I have CAA so didn't cost me anything. He was a decent guy and showed me pictures of the cars he had transported just this week. A lot of street rods and foreign sport cars. Of course he wanted pictures of mine to add to his collection.
So now I have to start looking for the cause of this no start condition. I put it in the garage and then ten minutes later I tried to start it and NOPE. PAIN IN THE ***!!!
Other than that morning guys. Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
