Took the Cuda out yesterday over to Costco to get gas. Filled her up and then the SOB wouldn't start. I thought I had that problem solved but apparently not. Cranks over great but no go. Funny thing is that once you let go of the key the engine stops cranking and if you turn the key to the neutral position the engine will bump.
Called the flatbed and when he got there just for fun I cranked it and started right up.
I have CAA so didn't cost me anything. He was a decent guy and showed me pictures of the cars he had transported just this week. A lot of street rods and foreign sport cars. Of course he wanted pictures of mine to add to his collection.
So now I have to start looking for the cause of this no start condition. I put it in the garage and then ten minutes later I tried to start it and NOPE. PAIN IN THE ***!!!
Other than that morning guys. Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
let us know what the problem is when you figure it out Mark.

sounds like a bad connection in either the switch or the ballast resistor
(provided you still have one)

next time it happens, jump the wires across the resistor and see if it fires

Side boob Sunday

Steady rain here today, came down pretty heavy early this morning, got some work done on my 75 the last couple of weeks, might venture out to the garage this afternoon for a bit.

My dishwashers have a little arthritis but probably get the job done for a while longer. Been pretty rainy around here. Still aint planted taters. My wife and I have been saving change (money) for about 10 years in hopes our niece who lived with us would get a deserving gift when she graduates from high school. Well they had the ceremony yesterday. A photo of her made it to the local paper. She is gorgeous and has a 4.0 grade average. I told her once to just keep smiling and the world will open doors for her. Seems like it's working. We estimate we have about $400 in change for her. Another niece of ours graduated too she gorgeous too. Not too smart though. She's knocked up. Takes after her momma. She has 5 kids with four different fathers. Just realized I'm out of beer. Thanks for reading about my boring life. Don't kid yourself Fred... You were praying for hail. Hope you get your car sorted out Mark.
