as a virus mutates, it grows weaker, in the sense that its effects on the host become less severe
this allows it to spread faster and further then a virus that kills its host in 12 hours and then has no where to go
ebola, the swine flu, they all had severe effects in their initial outbreak but now the symptoms are much milder

what am I saying?

covid is not as scary as it was, and it is definitely not as scary as certain people would like us to believe

Just wondering what you'll say when the second batch comes and it will with people letting their guard down. Do you ever watch Ancient Aliens? It might open your eyes up. So you and I will never agree about religion but everyone to his own I say.
In my opinion religion was introduced to put fear into people and to control the masses. Guess one day we will all find out but I think once you're dead you're dead.
 
Morning guys. Celebrating 48 years or marriage today. It's been a great ride and not finished yet. Thankfully we have wonderful kids and grand kids and we both have our health. What else could I ask for? Oh forgot my Mopar lol
The day we got married was sunny hot and humid, today will be hot and humid but with a lot of rain they're saying and feel like 40c.
Tomorrow will be sun and right through he weekend and into next week.
FYI... I talked to FOG yesterday and he's busy putting his 48 back together to get ready to sell it and busy working in the flowerbeds as well but he's fine just didn't have time to come on here. Have a great day and play safe.

She puts up with me lol. She knows my sense of humour and I make her laugh several times a day. We have a great relationship. I would love you to meet my family Fred. Never know buddy it just might happen. They have seen pictures of you with the toilet seat on your head and shaving cream all over your face so they know what to expect lol. Have a great day buddy

see, thats the thing, i dont think there will be a second wave
i think way more people were asmyptomatic carriers then we were led to believe

dont think ive ever seen ancient aliens but it might be interesting
(i havent fully decided if i believe in aliens, but i think ive narrowed if down to the point that if they believe, they would fall into the animal kingdom

i dont think you and i are talking about the same thing when we say "religion"
im guessing when you say religion you mean anything that claims to worship a god?

when i hear religion i see man trying to reach God, when i see Christianity i see God laying down His life to reach man
so the fear i have for God is the same fear i have for my dad,who i dont want to disappoint
but at the same time, i He will always take me back...in fact, let me drop this song here



now having said all that, i do agree that men corrupt everything, and there are many cults and false religions out there
in fact, if you look at the fall of satan as recorded in Isaiah, you'll see that same desire for power and worship that you find in all the leaders of false religions

anyways, congratulations on the wife, it is great to hear people still value marriage in this day and age
