Article 6 of the Michigan constitution
Sec. 6.

Every person has a right to keep and bear arms for the defense of himself and the state.


This means I have a right to bear the kind of armaments required to defend a state, that has to include artillery and air support (just look at the Ukraine)

Now, I will say this, if the judicial system would actually punish criminals and execute them when needed we wouldn't see this much violence

It is not a gun problem, and it has never been
Cain didn't use a gun, and God didn't blame the rock

Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.
 
Agreed it’s not a gun problem. But the state has several agencies specifically designed to look after these problems and they will call on you to provide support if necessary. Vigilantes have no place in our society. Someone will always have a bigger gun my opinion

And if you're so chicken that you have to hide behind a gun to solve your problems then you're the one with the big problem. Be a man and settle it with your fists

The same can be said for knives, cars or many other items. Your gun control will not change the end result. Stones have also killed many when you read a bible.
 
On a lighter note I'm able to get the scamp out of the garage so might just find me a car show this weekend.
When in Washington I lost one of my hearing aids so I hope it's not going to cost me an arm and leg to get new ones.:BangHead:

I found a 48 Ford 3/4 ton truck with a flat V8 that I'm trying to buy. No rust and it runs. I'll get pictures of it. Hope it's in my budget so I got something to play with this winter.

Got me another garage wall hanger. Father in law's 31 but he sold it a few years ago and was no rust all original.
 
Good morning happy Friday! Well a little feisty this morning, wouldn’t the world be a boring place if we were all the same , Mark I know your hearts in the right place. As far as religion goes you guys go for it I don’t care either way but I don’t like to hear it , I do believe in a higher power but what that is I don’t know ,there’s a life plan for all this **** :popcorn:

Any way off to the bro in law’s for the weekend. North western Ontario, some good fishing going to try for muskies never caught one before, they say they fight harder than northern pike. You guy’s have a great long weekend don’t know what service is like there. Going to shop to tune on model A some more. Think I have it figured out, a few more adjustments and all should be good
 
Just took this one while eating lunch. He was eating the grass on the bank. Not many berries this year.

ill be honest with you Mark, the Bible is a bigger part of my life then mopars are and you got a better chance to get me not to talk about the duster then the Bible
