Morning guys and Happy Turdsday.
Another gorgeous day today in the low to mid 20's then a high of 10 tomorrow and possibility of some flurries in the morning.
I think I mentioned the price of gas starting rising two days ago, just in time for our Thanksgiving. Strange how that works. The oil execs will have something to be thankful for.

That will last about an hour, then you’ll get antsy or the mom in law will interrupt. But couch potato I think not.
Never been good at sitting around but not very motivated today.
I do have some fiber glass work to do so might do that.

Nope it's not worth it I gave up on that idea after being the nice guy and not getting paid for things for 3 or 4 months.
Figured everyone here is good people but I was wrong. Even gave them the option of returning things and I would pay for shipping. Nope Mark I do things for only me from now on.

Just like when I do a house front payday is Friday don’t pay I’ll be here Saturday to pick up my equipment. Good luck finding another tradesman that will finish what someone else started around here

Learned my lesson Murray and your right if you don't get paid then it's time to move on.
No one ever returned them Randy and I did make them strong and easy to bolt on but that's OK I learned.

That's pretty gutsy to not pay after they receive it. You make it in good faith expecting to get paid. What low life so I don't blame you Fred. Like they say "Once bitten twice shy".

That’s for sure, I was 3rd level apprentice. Fixed a guy’s chimney because I wanted to get more side work gave him a really reasonable price. To this day have never been paid for labour or materials. See the guy 4 or 5 times a year, he just turns and goes the other way. ASSHOLE! Nobody around the area will deal with him anymore. No scruples. That’s where my policy was made. Materials up front labour on Friday, show me the Queen. Our American friends might not understand that last term lol
Never herd that before but here it's presidents.
Hope all my Canadian friends have a happy Thanksgiving. I'll have to open a good good bottle of whiskey and have a toast on your Thanksgiving.

SO! today my MIL decided that she might be getting to old to drive anymore ( Thank you God )
So she said maybe she should sell her car and the good son in law that I am I immediately pulled her car in the garage to clean the inside to get it ready for sale and she has 2 cats and a dog that did a lot of driving around with her.
The animal hair was so bad in the car even my poor vacuum coughed up a hair ball.
