Morning guys.
Wow did it ever rain last night. We probably needed it anyway so glad it was at night time.
You know Spring is here because we have the car shows opening up
 
Just talking to our son and he said it's pounding down where he lives.
We might get some tonight or into tomorrow.
What a change in temperature.
It was a short summer

Garlic mostly. Can't take the heat with hot sauce etc. Why would someone want to burn your mouth and destroy your taste buds after a few years. Don't get it but to each his own.
 
Morning fellas.
We so far no snow if it happens at all. My son got around 3" in a short period of time. He said it was pounding down on his way home.

Nice and clear here now but by Wednesday afternoon supposed to be snowing and or raining. Going to help son install a kitchen, leaving tomorrow morning early, storm should be chasing me till I get north of Grand Rapids. Have a great day guy’s

Morning guys went to the dentist yesterday to get a quote on pulling what's left of my bottom teeth and 4 pins and snap in lower dentures. $16,000
I ask him about just regular dentures with out the pins and he doesn't do them and said if I can't get the top dentures in I wouldn't be able to handle the bottom.
Gotta do something soon just can't afford 16,000 for one denture.

I would like this but that price is unreal. It seems getting old includes someone wanting to take any money you would have.

Seems that way. Hard enough living on SS I have to go to work a few days a month to keep afloat.
 
I know several people who needed serious dental work done

So serious that they booked a week stay in an all inclusive resort in Mexico, and had the work done there

Airfare, stay and dental and spend less then 4K

Fred my dad travelled to Mexico years ago got everything done ,teeth glasses medicine and saved him a **** ton of cash .

If I could right now I would do that but I wouldn't be able to go till July and need my teeth pulled soon.
Thanks Biff I hear it's way cheaper and they do good work in Mexico.
 
Found another dentist and for just regular dentures on the low budget brand is about 300 bucks and pulling teeth depends but around 300 per tooth.
I can do that and then save up and head to Mexico next year.
 
i wonder if you got a dentist college near by where you could get them pulled for cheap, in the same way you can get your hair cut for free at the beauty school

of course, you may not be as comfortable as with a fully trained and licensed dentist, but that might not mean sqaud, i had a dentist once who couldnt get my numb if she knocked me over the head with a hammer
