Just got home from the dentist and looks like I'll never need a tooth brush again. LOL
Bottom dentures are in and can't take them out for about 24 hours. They kinda flop around when I talk and half my lower lip is numb.
Gonna be a long night when the numb numb wares off.
I can still drink so cheers.
Sorry Got fingers on the disagree. Get pins in while you still have enough jaw bone left. My opinion

No worries Murray on the disagree not like it's a flip someone off X.
Plan on the pins as soon as I can afford it.

So..Morning guys and welcome to Friday.
Start of a long weekend for us being the May 2 4 weekend. Victoria Day
The young people probably don't know who she is but will take the extra day off.
So another sunny warm day but large storm coming in around suppertime I think and right into Saturday around noon they say
At least the weekend won't be a total write off.
Have a great day and a better weekend

Morning guys looks like we have a sunny morning and coffee is good so going to find something constructive to do.

That's the best kinda bug and easy to work on. Nice Murray.
The wife and I like bombing around on the mile roads with it. Recently put a 44mm flat slide mikuni on the 1600cc dual port engine. That woke that little engine up. It’s a little short 72” wheel base. It’ll carry the front wheels about 3/4 the way through 1st gear with me getting slapped by the old lady doing it. Lmao. Lots of fun. It’s the original side by side

And not only the original but the funist as far as I'm concerned.

If you decide to make one there is only one rule. Engine and transaxle must be mounted solid. If left on rubber mounts you WILL break transaxle cases
I remember you telling me that and glad you did.
The engine I have needs a complete rebuild and not sure of the transaxle.

Ya and the big bore kits and all the rest of the goodies, you can get some decent power out of them. Just takes a bit to get used to the engineering
They are different that's for sure but look simple.

Here’s an example because of the way the fan scroud and car heater was in some bugs #3 cyl would heat so they retarded the spark to that cyl. Host of other little things like that.
never knew that, Can you take all that off if you run a dune buggy?
