When we bought the house there was a free standing heater sitting there. Gas burner, and completely out of style with the rest of the place, and since the “hearth” was just a bunch bricks glued to the floor and wall, we had no qualms about tearing it out!

Any times you are installing a fuel burning appliance in your house, go to your insurance company and get their list of specs, their footing the bill if it burns down building codes mean F all. Had it out with more than one building inspector.

all a bunch of crooks. when you need them after all the years of paying, they raise your rates the next year cause you needed them!

Speaking of the penstar. What year did they discontinue putting it on the right hand front fender?
 
I'm getting snowed on. I haven't looked at the weather report but it doesn't matter. Ma nature is ganna do whatever she likes.
 
hi guys. not doing too bad and sleeping pretty good.
went shopping this morning.
had lunch then a much needed sleep.
at least we didn't get freezing rain or snow.
