My wife has been on CBD oil for almost a year now, for her arthritis !
Our friend has been using oil for a couple of years now for severe migraines. Two drops in her coffee and gone in 20 minutes. Been a miracle for her. My cousin in England was born with scoliosis and spina bifader and has rods in her back to keep her upright which causes severe pain. I suggested the oil and she tried it and has made a huge difference, not totally pain free but a huge difference. The only problem is it's still illegal there. Changes are coming there though.

Morning Mark looks like a do nothing day here.
Pay a few bills clean the kitchen then nothing left to do.

Morning Fred...are you still on holidays or have you retired? Haven't seen anything about working since you came home. Hopefully you were able to retire finally. Bit of a dull day right now and cold also. Have to put new gas lines on a chainsaw and get the 300 undercoated this afternoon. We may get our first snowfall Wednesday night into Thursday but not a lot just an annoyance. I'm glad I put the car away yesterday so that is out of the way. I'll probably land up cutting grass a few times yet then seriously think about getting the snow blower running and in place to go to work. I'm in no rush though.

My last day at work in the body shop was 8/22/18 and only drove truck about 5 days total.
social security said that I will not collect money till December and pension starts next month.
Been living on my savings and my good looks. lol
I will continue to drive truck part time and work in the body shop now and then as long as I keep what I earn around $17000 a year I will be good. I still will work under the table in my garage I have all the tools I need to do body work and paint. I will chase a few hail storms around this summer and do paintless dent repair I make good money doing that.
Got to change the oil on my snow blower and generator soon then I will be ready for winter.
Good idea to undercoat your car Mark, how much does it cost now a days?

The listed price was 129.95. I have a CAA discount card which would have been 10 bucks. Then the woman asked if I went to Autofest here in Oshawa and I said yes. She asked if I got a card with the $15 discount and I said no so she gave me that instead of the 10 dollar discount. So all in all it came to 114.95 plus government gratuities so 129.99. So basically I saved the tax. Still not bad really.
It's surprising how much you can save when you're retired Fred. Congrats my friend. Doing some stuff on the side always helps but you do it at your pace. I do small engines and have for a while but backing off with the way my shoulders are but would like to fire my helper Art Ritis. He's my right and left hand man but he's a pain that won't go away.

Wow Mark that's a good price and well worth having it done. I can remember back about 1980 it cost around 75 dollars. More plastic today then back then but well worth the money.
No Art-Ritis yet but hopping to get my car restored before he hires on.

HEY weed Wednesday he in bc bud country , the government wants employers to right up rules for use of the chit at work soooo I’m kinda a smart *** at work and asked my boss what the rules are for it ,seriously he said , I said well it’s legal ,can we smoke at coffee , he was not amused ,he said it’s the same as alcohol duh....btw no I don’t smoke it or even drink so he didn’t see the humour :(

Fred wtf were you doing up at 4:00 in the morning ? Surfing car **** :poke:
That was 6 my time Biff. Was searching for parts for an old International hit and miss engine that was given to me.Car **** was next on the list though.
Being retired gives me lots of time to search for parts. Getting ready here soon to pull the engine out of the scamp and find the problem with my deck height. Sure wish you lived closer Biff would love to have your help and to help you on yours.
