Hi guys...I have a technical question. My dash lights are quite dim and will brighten up some with higher revs. Any recommendations?

Ya got me on that one Mark. The first thought is a bad ground or alternator problem.
I thought that too and put a heavy ground from the chassis to the engine block. Someone will have the answer. I believe there is a voltage regulator on the back of the instrument cluster and wondering if that might be the culprit.

Could be  Gonna stick around until someone knows the problem and figure it out.

I would check out the alternator Mark since the alternator supplies your vehicles electrical needs , when it begins to lose it's potential so does the vehicles accessories that draw on that electricity . Do your head light dim too? The regulator on the back of the dash cluster only runs the fuel and temp. gauge .

I did not know that FOG thanks I'm learning.

I stink at electrical but I think our A-bodies have issues where the wires plug together at the firewall too. Corrosion. They call it the bulkhead fitting I believe.

You missed this by two days Fred, way easier than going to Walmart! Right down the road from us, buddies daughter manages the bar.
