Funny you should say that BP. I worked with a guy and I kid you not. He told us he was given suppositories and when he ran out he asked the pharmacist if he could have a smaller pill as these were too hard to swallow. Me being the smart ***.. a couple days later he asked my if I had any Tylenol so I gave him them and said out loud so everyone could hear " you can swallow these" The place broke up.
 
Couldn't get on the computer yesterday afternoon as the cable was down. Had a busy morning shopping and took my wife out to lunch. Got home and it was absolutely gorgeous so fired up the pipes and went for a nice drive. Life is good and by the way...Morning guys.
 
Morning Mark Nice day here but a lousy last night. Had some nice steaks out for dinner wine baked potato and no show Sandy called and of coarse had a headache. so left overs for dinner and a pissed off boyfriend.. lol

Well that stinks. I'd rather be pissed on than pissed off. No really. I've been pissed on. It wasn't that bad though it did piss me off. LOL. I'm not sure I could go through the dating process at this point in my life. My best friend has been through more relationships than I can count. They all seem so one sided. Either he is crazy over them or they are crazy over him. Just cant find that balance. Good luck Fred. You deserve a good one.

Thanks BP. Can't find a good one around here as of yet. Ether to religious and dominating or likes to be in the bars and have a loud mouth like the one I'm dating. So better to just to be alone I think.
 
Epoxy primed my doors yesterday so getting ready to lay a few coats of primer down.
Can't wait to get the front suspension looks like 2 weeks out.

Sure seems to be a lot of discussion about it. First thing to do would be measuring the size of the bars you have. They refer to the size in decimals. Most guys are running a hair over an inch. 1.03? I think . Stock 340 car should be .87ish

So would think a stiffer ride? or what? Not sure of the advantage but I don't know enough about it. The front end will be lighter with aluminum heads and battery in the trunk and a few more take offs so I just figured the weight loss would be enough.

You may very well be correct. It depends on the intended use and weight is definitely a factor. Rear spring balance too. Measure up the bars before we get into too much hoopla. What about rear springs. Whats going on there. Man I love spending your retirement checks. LOL

LOL Do a good job BP spend it wisely. Rear leafs new about 6 years ago I think and stock I think. I will measure the bars.
 
Here is a good read on the subject. 72bluNble knows a lot about this stuff but he is an auto-crosser I think. You like to drag race so weight transfer is different. 90 10 shocks for drag racing but not good for street.What diameter torsion bars?
 
Good reading I can under stand changing my stock bars to a heaver ones.
Shocks I ordered are for the street only doing the drags a few times a year so no big deal only for fun.
