Yes he will be heading back home in a couple of days so will miss him. He's driving back so I loaded his truck with bikes and toys for my 2 grand kids. Spoil them when I can.

That's going to be a long drive. Nice to be able to spoil the g/kids though. Glad you've had a nice time with him. Have a great day.

What is a bulkhead connector again? Hah, first thing I delete on any Mopar. It is a primary source of a multitude of issues. That being said anyone keeping with stock has to both keep and repair/maintain them. I love the stock rigs and appreciate the tireless effort to keep them that way.
One question tho, with no roll bar where do you hang your fire extinguisher? Hah! Be safe guys

You're right Biff because I checked my pill dispenser and it said Wednesday. Glad I didn't miss it.

Got the Cuda back up and running once more. Turns out it was the plug at the bulkhead. Got some contact cleaner and gave it 3-4 shots and used an emery cloth to clean the surface then hit it again with the cleaner. Seems to working fine now. I will put some dielectric grease on it now I know that was the problem. Thx for all your suggestions guys.
Took it out for a drive and stopped and shut it down several times and started right back up. Nice to be back on the road again

Great Mark glad to here that.

Did your son buy a new vehicle while at your place Fred?
No he came here to get a truck for his brother in law that lives not far from him in Alaska.
Long story but trucks are expensive there and what he paid for the 2005 4x4 here 4,500 and just over 100,000 would have been twice that much there and in worse shape. Yes fuel cost to bring it back was an issue but he was able to visit and take things back that cost more there than here so he will make money.

I did a lot of welding in Alaska once upon a time. Money is great but it is a captured audience for sure. You pay out the nose for everything. But the soil can really produce some veggies, super long grow days! You leave the bar mid morning and sun is still up!
