Well, earlier I posted That
I was building an engine specifically for the B&M kit I have, but I was wrong, I’M not building it, Brian at IMM Engines is building it.
It’s going in my ‘74 W200.
For a little while I was stuck on coming up with a 10 rib pulley drive setup. I had the 6 rib pulley essentially copied, and made with 10 ribs because I’ve read of a lot of belt slip issues with the 6 rib.
I also had to buy a shorter blower snout, ($$$), and cut an inch off of the crank blower pulley spacer. I have it all pretty much figured out, but I gave up once I couldn’t make it work with a mechanical clutch fan, I didn’t wanna go electric. Lol. So all that stuff is just sitting on the shelf.
I sent the blower to Martin’s Superchargers, he rebuilt the whole thing, put new Teflon on the rotors, corrects the rotor phasing and runs them through his dyno.
This engine pic is just mock up on a 360 that’s currently in my power wagon with Chinese heads. Lol
