Try to do a better header on your post and you may have better luck getting your parts.

"Need hood insulation pad and a heater cable for my 65 dart" would be a good title.
 
Legendary Auto Interiors LTD has your hood pad for $29.
On the heater cable I would say you will have to find a used one. I may have a good one on my parts car. I would have to check.
 
I may have the cable too depending on AC or not and which one you need. I think there are 3 cables that attach to the control on a non-AC car and just one on the factory AC version.
