THat's cool. I was at MidAmerican Racing Engines last week and Dave has a couple competition engines still around in the shop. I should have asked him what he has left and what competition they were in. .
That's a good example, for the people that don't think a 318 can make power or torque
THere really isn't much difference between the LA and Magnum other than the Mag has a little better heads than a LA Teen and of course the roller cam. You can get the same benefit from a 85 or newer Roller cam Teen block. I have one in the garage and some Speedmaster heads in the basement.
