<sigh....> I remember being a young man and eating 3-4 Big Mac's in one sitting (usually after an evening of drinking....) and being able to digest it all. Now if I drive PAST a Micky D's I get abdominal cramps... But out of ALL the fastfood choices out there Wendy's is my favorite too. But I don't think I could handle a knot of beef like that though.... I'd probably feel like a snake after eating a chicken.

BTW: Nutritionally speaking there's probably 5 servings of meat in that quadruple decker sandwich!

I was raised on fresh fish bean's and potato's and allot of green's and fresh fruit.
And we all know that a big portion of beef just sit's in your body and rots.
So after enjoying a big dinner with friend around a grill I try to put some
green's down the next day. :toothy7:

Oh guys you are thinking small time, I need to get pics of what I eat in one day lol. But here is a list from breakfast to dinner on a day when I actually wake up early.

Breakfast at 6 am includes, 6 pancakes, 3 links of italian sasuage, 2 pieces of toast w/ butter and a glass of milk and a cup of hot coco.

Brunch at 9 30 includes, 2 packs of Peanut Butter crackers, 4 bowls of school ceral with 4 cartons of milk, and a soda.

Lunch time at 11 45 includes 2 quad stackers, a cheese burger, fries, strawberry milk shake, and a bag of Sun Chips.

Snack time at 3 45 after work includes, a soda and a bacon chesseburger, with a king size pack of Reese Cups.

Dinner depends but ranges from Steak with taters, corn, green beans, biscuits, and a glass of apple juice to chicken, rice and such.

Then finally a desert of Black berry cobbler and a fine Peach Cigar then to bed and start again. Thank god my job pays well and I am 18. Have mercy on me when I hit my 30s.

Man That is a lot of intake of food
What do you do everyday at work or play to burn this off?
I just put away some baby back ribs today and loved it.
But tomorrow I will put some oat meal and peaches behind it.
Then a cold beer or two about 2:00pm and have no dinner.
Thank god I have made it to 49 and still enjoy my time.
I use to eat like that to when I was a young man. :toothy7:

Mike I use to be part of a Huntin Club and I ate 2 jumbo pizzas by myself lol. Thats when I actually looked at what all I did eat in one days time and wonder how I am not fat. I weigh 160lbs and I am 6'1". To burn it off I work my ass off. You should have heard I work at a steel and metal fab shop now and wrestling with the steel can be a work out. Plus I either take long walks around are 20 arces plus the other land we lease or just ride my mountain bike around. Lots of things us teenagers can do to work off some fat lol.

Wow, I really like Wendy's even used to work there. When I worked there, there were to different people who would order a triple with triple meat and cheese, that is 9 beef patties, with none of the veggies. The lady would order the triple meat triple with 2 Biggie size fries, large frostie, and Biggie Diet Coke, she always said she was on a diet.
