I was raised on fresh fish bean's and potato's and allot of green's and fresh fruit.
And we all know that a big portion of beef just sit's in your body and rots.
So after enjoying a big dinner with friend around a grill I try to put some
green's down the next day. :toothy7:

Forget the greens, eat a box of bran cereal the next day, tat WILL clean you out.
