I play bass in a cover band that plays "mostly rock, and mostly '90s rock at that." We have some bad YouTube videos, but I'd rather link you to the mp3s from our favorite show so far.

Our vocalist is...Not stellar, to say the least. I'm not that great, either...I've only been playing since January of 2009.

We have a new drummer who seems like a much better fit then our last one. Were llooking for another bass play right now.
 
Something from two shows ago...Pretty easy tune, but it's taken a lot of work to get our vocalist to be on key. He still needs to work on the "not being monotone and being interesting" thing, though...

back from the dead, a little solder a little more smoothing, and a lot of polishing.
Of course you can imagine what it sounds like when I play it not touching one in 30 years..imagine a duck call.

I could never play real fast solos like that but its my new obsession. Loves 80s metal.. Ive been looking at Charveles, Kramers and Ibanez RGs. all my guitars are Les Pauls, they sounds great but arent the best for shredding.

Thanks for the compliment. I appreciate that. And yea, Arizona would be a bit of a commute to play in a band lmao
 
Thanks It is kinda hard to find practice time any more and it shows at times but we still have a good time. damn responsibility's
 
So I am all pumped that I scored some tickets to see Van Halen this month in Pittsburgh, and since I did have a request for this tune, I just had to bust out another Van Halen classic... enjoy
