My Duster was stolen

[QUOTE=" When I Left. I Was In Discussion With Curtis Yeoman from this site about purchasing the Duster. But It fell through.[/QUOTE]
Tom, Sorry this happened Bro. ^^^^That don't Surprise Me!!!

So “ I called her”. If she didn’t call you to report it.... you’ve got a problem right there. She sold all 3 of them. Guarantee it. If she can’t produce a title ... that seals the deal. If she didn’t advertise them, she sold them to somebody she knew. Police should be able to tell you ASAP if they have been registered.

What was she doing with the titles at all? You KNOW who took it it's time to go to the cops shop and sign a complaint.

Also easy to verify the titles were transferred. Is this YOUR CAR? That is are YOU the sole person on the title as owner? Then go to the DMV and file for "lost titles" and if it comes back transferred, etc then that is your answer. This is likely felony fraud / forgery of some sort on top of theft

I knew a guy who had a Chevelle SS. The soon to be ex wife forged and sold the car. They divorced. 6 months later the car surfaced at a major car auction. The court ruled that it was in fact forged and essentially stolen. He got the car back and the new owner really took it in the shorts bad. I’m not at all sure what even happened. Long story short, don’t give up. The cars could still be legally and rightfully yours.

Sorry to hear about your beautiful car, hope you find them and are in good shape when you do.

I would start a new thread with vins in title. Gives more exposure on the net.
I wouldn't post the VIN. If someone who bought it sees the thread, they are going to go underground faster than a Cincinnati mole and start covering their tracks. Old cars are easy to part out and sell off. If a current owner thinks they are going to lose their investment, they might just start stripping it to sell just to recover their investment.

Let the cops trace it. If someone bought it with a falsely signed title, it is now registered somewhere...and they will find it.

this is a story told many times by many families, only after they admit they have been ignoring the signs of drug addiction for far to long. sorry for your loss, but I think you will find a demon stole the cars or a demon sold the cars.

Damn Tom. I wouldda left my balls behind first man.

With so many video cameras around, seems the police or even a person could check some video, if they had any kind of time window. Good luck man, that sucks.

Stay on the cops daily. They will do little. Always an excuse. Car was towed to a different place and sold. Talk to law enforcement over there. Blah, blah, blah.
My Dart is sitting at the moment at a highly trusted relative. I worry daily for no reason at all. I was gonna go get it over Thanksgiving but I have an eye problem I have to fix.
Like I said. Stay on the cops.
