I got one similar to that, but not home made

Mine is a brush doctor, with the strings removed and a round plate with a chain saw chain on it

Saw the prototype Shuttle many times with it's chauffeurs over the old homeland as it returned to it's home at Edwards AFB. Good portion of the ground out there was AF, Army, Navy, USMC controlled. It was a real head scratcher the first time I saw it
