I've been look for a few years. Found one last night on FB Marketplace. Today she sits in my driveway.

2wd, /6, 4 speed. My mind is going a million miles an hour thinking of all the things I'm do with it!

GREAT!
I had one....but sold it along with other stuff to buy the Wife a Challenger.
Slant six in a 5000 lb truck?

Neat! and 2wd!
3/4 update? Dana 60 with a 360 and 4-speed?
Not sure yet. Part of me says 5.2 magnum swap, 5 speed. Part of me says rebuild the six and keep the granny gear. Another part of me says pull the 360 from my Challenger and drop it in there. All outcomes involve an 8 3/4 I suppose.

NICE !!! AND UNIQUE !! I like it ! 2wd, 4-speed, /6 .... How many of that combo was produced!!!

Man, that truck has everything I don't want in a ramcharger...can't wait to see that fixed

:poke:

good upper body workout. my Dart had manual steering and it was a breeze...at 24 years old. 63...maybe I'll stick to power, or 5.60-15's with 40 lbs. of air.
Enjoy your new toy! I'll be watching your improvements and be rooting for you!

I remember looking at one years ago, before I bought a Ramcharger.
If it was me I would do a Cummins swap and have the perfect tow cruze truck.
Nice score.

Thought I'd post some pics of the mild restoration that I'm giving the Trailduster.

I've been getting the rust cut out over the past couple of weeks. Basically the lower 3”-4" all the way around the truck needs attention.

Floor pans on both sides, plus seam sealer...

Driver's side rocker panel, front quarter panel and wheel well arch, and a small spot on the lower fender. Even had to fab up new cab supports on both sides...

Almost finished the passenger side, maybe another week or so.
