You bet! I am on a dozen Mopar groups on Facebook s well as a 3 of the local drag strip sites. We are trying to get the word out and Joey's sites and Facebook are perfect.

You just made me think of something I need to do. We need to have a FABO get together on Saturday. It can be at the shelterhouse during/after the car show. (we will have more information about that after tomorrow's meeting.)

We are getting dangerously close. Hopefully be in print and ready to show on Monday. I saw a proof that we are getting corrected as we speak. Here is our flyer we hand out at car shows.
Nice flyer. Of course created in PDF which is a huge file and when converted to Jpeg it makes it so small it can't be read. I will try to scan it unless you are able to enlarge it on your computer. My new laptop has a touch screen so it works just like your cell phone for enlargements.. It looks like it loads a link of sorts. Click on it and it should load it down below to the left. You should be able to open it from there.

This is a event flyer with most of the racing information. We will have a simpler flyer coming in a few days with more car show,swap meet,reunion, and show and shine info. To make it easier to read without fancy software to make it happen, I scanned both ends of the flyer. It should be easier to read and you can print one of each to make the full 17x11 flyer.

Thanks for all the information. The Lil Valiant should have it’s rebuilt motor in it by then. Don’t think that I want to try racing it, but love to enjoy the car show and swap meet. And yes, watch the racing. I’m dating myself here, but I watched them pour the asphalt that was suppose to the be the latest in traction then. Too bad they had to put that dip in the right hand lane back then. I understand that it is still there.
How many cars are expected to show up?
Impossible to tell. We hope to have at least 100 per day for the races. Car show is hard to tell. 100 there would be a big number for this event. Our club has sponsored it for many years but it never got off the ground for many reasons. We have a new event committee that has done a great job getting sponsors so we can have big pay outs that attract a lot of racers.
About 5 hours for me from KC. Thinking about a road trip.
