New Edelbrock intake quality issues

I think if the Edel stuff was being made in China, the casting logo would read 'Made in Amehica'....

Well it didn’t fit…
I did a dry fit and it was all good but when I added the gaskets I couldn’t get the bolts started in about half the holes. I was using a slightly thicker gasket .065 vs .060 so I ordered the thinner ones to try next week.
Have speedmaster heads and had an intake leak. Had a different Edelbrock on but the holes were elongated and figured it was part of the

Lots of Eddy stuff is made in China.

Standards are pretty low these days across the board. Look at body shops and the work they do. So many cars rolling around with slightly different colour hue body panel(s) compared to the original paint.

I was trying to get the Trickflow but it kept getting moved back in availability
