Nicks Garage, 572 HEMI, Here we go....

-
When Nick's dyno started slipping and the first thing he did was update and reboot the computer I almost spit my beer out! These videos are great entertainment. My wife doesn't even look up from her book when I'm yelling at the TV.

He will be lucky if he doesn't scatter that 427 ford with his malfunctioning dyno. Clown shop

I said a while back that I would let him dyno an engine of mine, but wouldn't let him build it. I take that back. I wouldn't let him do either.

More like friggin. But the customer is so stupid, he's letting it happen. Wanting it, it seems like.
Some love to brag how fast they're going for the little they've spent & made the most of it, some love to brag about how much they've spent.....how much it "should" be making if it's not, & why it's SO badass something else is "holding it back"........EGO anybody??????

Is it me or is that engine a turd?
All I know is that the distributor is the one out of the 572. All Nick had to do to get it started was get the engine turning over with the starter button and then once turning hit the separate ignition button. No need to turn the timing back to get it running and then re-adjust timing. J.Rob

His methods are strange that’s for sure, still have never seen the guy do a plug check on the dyno. What I know for sure is if I had a 541 hemi and it only made 670 I’d be pissed. 1.23hp/ci

I've stopped watchin any of his nonsense at this point. I think the writers and producers have had a hand in his "dumbing down".

I stopped watching this guy when he went crazy thinking he's "finally made it big" cause some company used his engine as a prop for their commercial

I stopped watching when he went on a rant about new cars and how you can't push them by hand.... i have opened the hood on my 2018 like 7 times since i have owned it.. i don't even think bout breaking down, let alone pushing it...

I never could really watch him, found it to dry and boring, I just fast forward through it, if he does something I'm interested in.

Well, You don't work on them for a living do You? If You had to bump the car's position on a rack to get the arms under, or perform the roll-out on almost every alignment machine made today, You'd know why having auto-electric park engagement sucks balls & makes the life of a tech miserable. Now You have to get back in the car & 'drive' it to do any of those things......it was bad enough when We started having to push on the brakes just to take them out of park,.....
