Used this last week with one of our younger engineers who was complaining about the company to one of our vendors, he gave me a puzzled look but came to me a few days later and thanked me for the advise.

This is excellent. This is the first time that I have heard it.
I am going to use this in the future and even claim that I thought of it, I like it that much.
